Publishing expenses
The Journal of mining and strata control engineering does not charge the author article publishing charge (APC), and is exempt from the manuscript review fee.
Copyright Transfer Agreement
The transfer agreement in the following must be signed and returned to the Editorial Office before the manuscript can be published in Journal of Mining and Strata Control Engineering.
In order to implement the “Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China” and protect the legitimate rights and interests of the author and the editorial office of Journal of Mining and Strata Control Engineering (hereinafter referred to as the editorial office), the relevant issues shall be clearly defined by the author (Party A) and the editorial office (Party B) as follows:
1. Party A shall transfer the copyright of the manuscript (including the copyright of various medium and media, including but not limited to the rights of reproduction, distribution, compilation, translation, information network dissemination and exhibition, etc.) to the editorial office all over the world indefinitely, and allow the editorial office to transfer the authorized content to a third party.
2. The editorial office shall pay the author the remuneration in full according to the relevant national regulations and standards, including all generated remuneration during the paper dissemination.
3. Limit of time of copyright transfer: from the date of publication of this manuscript by the editorial office.
4. Applicable territory of copyright transfer: all over the world.
5. The author shall ensure:
(1) The manuscript has not previously been published or even submitted and been in reviewed elsewhere, and it’s the original research independently obtained by Party A;
(2) All authors mentioned in the paper must have significant contributions to the research, and the right of authorship is not disputed. If so, the author will take all the responsibilities;
(3) All the facts shown in the manuscript are true and accurate;
(4) The citations must have clearly identified the source of citations and listed them by reference;
(5) The manuscript does not violate neither the copyright agreement between Party A and other publishers, nor the confidentiality agreement between Party A and its cooperation agency, and does not involve state secrets;
(6) The author shall ensure that the article is original work and does not involve the issue of disclosure. In case of infringement or breach of disclosure, all the responsibilities will be taken by the author of the article;
(7) Once the manuscript is accepted, it cannot be published in any form in other media.
6. If the paper contains any content that is forged, deceived, multi-submitted, or plagiarized, etc., the editorial office will make a serious handling: publish the author's unit, name and notice of retraction of the paper in the journal; refuse to publish any of the author's articles in future; and inform the author's unit.
7. Journal of Mining and Strata Control Engineering is included in Chinese Academic Journals (CD-ROM) (CAJCD), China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), China Science Periodical Database (CSPD), and etc. If the author does not want his paper to be included in these databases, please make a declaration with the submission, and the editorial office will deal with it separately.
8. This agreement shall come into force from the date of signature, and the place of implementation is Beijing, P, R. China.
9. For other matters not mentioned herein in a dispute, the two parties will resolve it through negotiation. if the negotiation fails, then in accordance with the Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China and the relevant laws and regulations.
10. All commitments on transfer issues in this agreement have been confirmed with the consent of all the authors, and one of the authors is appointed as a representative of the signing of the agreement.
11. This agreement is made in duplicate, the Author keeping one and the Editorial Board keeping the other one for future reference.
